Delivery Complaints

If you notice upon delivery that the product is damaged or that your order is incorrect (wrong or missing item), please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We kindly ask you to do so within 48 hours of receiving your package.

In response to your message, we will provide instructions on how to submit photographs of the damaged product and packaging, including a clearly visible shipping label, so that we can better assess the situation.

Product or Service Complaints

If the product is not functioning properly or you believe there is a defect, please contact us at [email protected]. Based on your message, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

The only cost borne by the customer in connection with a complaint or product return is the cost of shipping the goods back to the seller.

This cost is determined by the shipping provider’s rates and depends on the type of shipment.

If, upon inspection, the product is found to be free of defects or the issue is determined to have resulted from improper use, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract

The only cost borne by the customer when withdrawing from a purchase contract is the cost of returning the goods to the seller. This cost is determined by the shipping provider’s rates and depends on the type of shipment. The customer must return the goods to the address provided via email. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be issued exclusively via bank transfer to the customer’s bank account to ensure traceability, accuracy, and timely processing. The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product. For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used, as well as products that are unsuitable for return due to health protection reasons, cannot be returned.
