We kindly ask all users of our online store to carefully read these Terms and Conditions, which apply from the moment you access our website. By making a purchase through our online store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

For technical reasons, access to or operation of the online store may occasionally be limited or unavailable. In such cases, the seller reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict the sale of certain or all products, as well as access to the website.

The seller is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the online store or any resulting consequences caused by technical difficulties or misuse of the website.

1. Purchasing Process

Customers can browse our product selection through the online catalog. Products can be explored by category using the navigation menu and available filters.

Keyword search is not available. Once you have selected a product, click the “Add to Cart” button. Your shopping cart is displayed in the upper-right corner of the website. By clicking “Cart,” you can review selected products and proceed to checkout.

Steps of the Purchasing Process

Shopping Cart: You can adjust the quantities of selected products. The final price and shipping costs will be displayed. If you have a discount code, you can enter it during checkout.

Payment Information: Enter your billing and shipping details. Available payment methods include cash on delivery, PayPal, and credit or debit cards.

Order Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully placed, an order number and confirmation will appear on the screen. You will also receive updates regarding your order via email.

The seller may request additional verification or contact the customer to ensure accurate delivery.

If a product is out of stock, delivery will depend on supplier availability.

Customers will be informed about the status of their orders. If the supplier does not confirm product availability within three months of the order date, the seller may cancel the order.

The online store is not responsible for damages resulting from delivery delays or failure to deliver, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

The seller issues an invoice for every transaction and sends it to the customer via email.

We currently offer shipping to the following countries: Slovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, and Greece.

Shipping Providers

Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, and Greece: Packeta

The seller reserves the right to use an alternative shipping provider when necessary to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

In-stock products ordered before 12:00 PM on a business day are generally prepared and dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are generally processed on the next business day.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping provider, and local delivery conditions.

Estimated delivery times, where available, are displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer.

For products that are not in stock, the estimated dispatch time is generally 5–10 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Customers will be informed of any significant delays or changes to the estimated delivery timeframe.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed during checkout based on the customer’s selected delivery country and address.

Customers can review the applicable shipping charges before confirming their order.

Delivery Information

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer may receive shipping confirmation and tracking information, where available.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All product prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer’s selected country:

Czech Republic: Czech koruna (CZK)
Hungary: Hungarian forint (HUF)
Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia, and Greece: Euro (EUR)

Prices include applicable VAT, where required by law. The final order total, including any applicable shipping costs and additional charges, is displayed at checkout before the customer confirms the purchase.

The prices applicable at the time the purchase agreement is concluded are those displayed when the order is placed.

The purchase agreement between the seller and the customer is concluded when the seller explicitly accepts the order and confirms its acceptance by email.

From that moment, prices and other contractual conditions are fixed and binding on both parties.

Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Promotional prices and discounts are clearly marked and apply only during the specified promotional period.

5. Promotions and Discounts

Our online store may offer products at promotional prices or with special discounts.

All active promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns will be clearly displayed on the website.

6. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes provide various benefits and discounts when purchasing products.

7. Order Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable Slovenian consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain circumstances, including:

Goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a short expiration date.
Sealed audio or video recordings and computer software where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Goods that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Returned goods must be sent without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying the seller of the withdrawal.

The seller will refund the payment as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notification.

However, the seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

We recommend that customers avoid using products if their color, size, or other characteristics do not meet expectations until they have decided whether to keep them.

Original labels and protective seals should remain intact where applicable.

Customers are advised to open packaging carefully and retain the packaging and its contents to minimize potential return-related costs.

Customers are responsible for any reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.

8. Protection of Children

The seller must not knowingly accept orders from individuals who are minors without the express consent of their parents or legal guardians.

The seller must not collect or process children’s personal data without the required parental or guardian consent.

Information obtained from children will not be disclosed to third parties, except to their parents or legal guardians, unless otherwise permitted or required by law.

9. Complaints and Disputes

Our online store respects applicable consumer protection legislation and is committed to establishing an effective system for handling customer complaints.
